They advertise a risk free trial of parental phone monitoring. I emailed them and asked for a refund and they said that I can’t be refunded for not being able to use the product (since I don’t have a computer). They billed me for the subscription for a month, which is 39.99. There is no risk free trial, as advertised. I will not get a refund because they said they only give a refund if the product is not working.
