Scam Description
On September 1, 2022, I ordered a Spiderman car seat from Addupx for $50.95. On September 15, 2022, I received a flimsy pink jacket. I contacted Addupx on September 16, 2022 requesting a full refund. I was told Dear Customer I’m very sorry hear about that,do you mean you received wrong item,can you take picture let me have a check Thank you I complied with their request on September 17, 2022 and they asked if they could resend the item. I told them I want a refund. On September 19, 2022 I received the following: Ok, we will register for a refund and cancel it for you. ________________________________________ addupx@outlook.com After this, I haven’t heard anything more from them. Today is October 17, 2022 and I haven’t heard anything from them, nor have I received my refund. I believe this is a scam. Attached are what I ordered, a copy of my receipt and what I actually received.
