Scam Description
I purchased a coffee table through the website with a special discount code in mid December 2022. I received an email in January 2023 saying the item had shipped and would be loaded on a shipping container. Tracking information was provided for the container. I first became suspicious in February when I had heard nothing and the tracking information said it was expired. I emailed requesting more information. The response I received suggested it was on its way and would arrive by April 1, but they could not provide additional tracking information. It seemed odd, but i figured I’d wait and see and hopefully the item would arrive in that time frame. A week into April I still did not have the item in question. I reached out via email again because all of their phone numbers are not working. This time they said it was delayed, but would be loaded on a shipping container by mid March and they could offer me a 10% discount due to the inconvenience. What?!?! It’s already April! I emailed back stating I wanted a complete refund because I still had not received the item. They never responded to that email. I emailed again in mid May restating I want the refund and letting them know I will take legal action if they do not give my funds back. They have not replied to that email either! Do NOT buy anything with this shady company!
