Scam Description
Hubby found this company during a Google search for a product we needed. He then sent me the link phone-to-phone. I ordered the product and we received a confirmation email for the purchase; looked pretty legitimate to us, order #, date, payment address, shipping address, our IP address (which is odd), phone #, and the screenshot below. A total of four (4) emails were exchanged regarding status of our order; two other email addresses that the company used were: kexiuo@outlook.com and vpp.help@mail.jstimier.com. The company promised to send us a tracking # for our order, but never did, and when asked stated that the product was coming from China. No further correspondence was received. We immediately informed our bank, blocked the existing card, and ordered a new replacement card.
