Scam Description
I purchased a $200 floor length Tori Bird Lamp off their website. Shipping said 5-12 days. After weeks went by, I started reaching out to the company about why I never received my order. No response from the company for almost a week. I also reached out to the “shipping company” and asked if they had any insight. They said the tracking number I was provided was fake. I found the company on Instagram, and on every post, TONS of people commenting “never got my order”, “this is a scam”, “do not buy from them” etc. Finally received an email from them basically telling me to check with neighbors. Later that same day, I received a package in the mail from them with basically garbage inside. It was a small yellow globe on a 6 inch stand with a USB port on the end. I wrote another email requesting an immediate refund. They responded and said this is a “free gift”. It has been over a month since I ordered the lamp and all I have received was this “free gift”. Luckily, I reported it to my bank who returned my money, but their website is still up!!
