Scam Description
Use this site during Covid as it was hard to get into the dmv. A coworker had an ok experience so I used the site to order a Disney Plate with renewal. I received an email with a form for submission, but never could get an answer that it has been received. After filing an initial complaint, I was contacted via email and promised a refund. Several messages sent and went unanswered, the phone number seemed legit but no one ever responded that way, either. Now the emails are automated that can’t be responded to.
