Scam Description
My mother placed an order, (despite many warnings about clicking and buying things off Instagram ads) and this company sent a random piece of plastic. We have no idea what it is or what it’s for but it is not what she ordered. She emailed the customer support and surprisingly they responded. The person essentially said “we send lots of things and sometimes mess up, it happen” and they are refusing to refund her money.
