Allure by Latoya Kelly is a hair and wig business owner who is portraying to be a high end wig distributor and scamming people of their hard earn dollars. She sells you wigs then gives you tracking numbers for packages that never gets delivered. She also promises to refund you the money you spend but never does. And when you being to get serious about wanting your money back she ghosts you. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS GIRL. She is running a scam business. Her website is no longer up and running. A lot of red flags to watch out for which have just presented. Be careful. I am going to have to go through an unnecessary legal battle to get back my money. Waste of additional time and money. Not worth it for 2 wigs.
