Scam Description
I received an unsolicited “gift” from someone named “nick.” It was shipped via UPS in an Amazon shipping container. Shipper: Bin Teng Trading, 7001 Vollmer Rd, Matteson, IL 60443-1502. I searched for the item on Amazon and the seller is listed as Bin Teng Trading. Apparently, this is a scam so they can make up a fake review from a “verified buyer.” It is a widely used scam used by unscrupulous sellers on Amazon and probably other sites. It is illegal and while Amazon says they take scams seriously, I got the run-around trying to report it on their site.
