I bought creams on 08/30, they send me an email, in which among other things it said,

I received them and started using
On 09/14 I receive another email:
We thank you for your order and appreciate your continued support. The card you supplied for payment has declined. There are many payment options available
$149… amazed I check my account, I see that I had a charge for the 149…
I send them an email saying:
I am writing to you, to request a refund, since I feel cheated!!
They have wanted to charge a sum of $149.- which I was NEVER informed would be charged
I urgently request my withdrawal, otherwise I will report them for fraudulent advertising and sales

They NEVER answered me!! I wrote three emails in total, no response
Worst of all, on 09/16 I received another charge of $129.- which I consider to be:
MISLEADING ADVERTISING
FRAUD
FRAUD
Derma Progenix, they must know that they SCAM people.
I decided to make a complaint by this means so that everyone knows what they are and NOT FALL into their trap
