Scam Description
I called Monday to get a refund and to return this order. I was charged $198.78 when it was supposed to $49.99. I received no order summary nor a packaging slip summarizing the order and cost. I was told I would receive the return label within 24-48 hrs via email. I have not received it. Additionally when I called, there was no mention of the name of the company or product and I was called back from a phone bank station in India who then tried to negotiate with me and refund a small amount.
