Scam Description
The Tea Scape claims the items I purchased were picked up. I did NOT receive them or pick them up. I did a tracking search at USPS of the tracking number supplied and it said it was picked up at a postal facility. However, when I contacted USPS directly by phone to find out who signed for the package, they said my mailing address – and it was set up with a po box…. which I do not have. The Tea Scape was given my address of ** *** **** ****** ********* ** 11787. I went to the USPS and they confirmed that this is a mail fraud scam. I have filed a Fraud complaint with the USPS Inspection Service. And I’m filing a complaint to the BBB so no one gets scammed by this company.
