Scam Description
This does not appear to be a legitimate company. Our debit card was used to make a purchase by some unknown person. The phone number goes straight to a busy signal and the “support” email comes back undeliverable. Our bank denied the fraudulent charge claim after investigating, stating we did order and receive whatever it was. I am unable to reach them to request a receipt or invoice. I requested the evidence they used to make this decision. When I received the documents, the email and phone number used to order and confirm the order was redacted. Still working with Chase bank to retrieve this information.
