Scam Description
On May 1st I ordered a cook book from chef Taling. I never received my book. I reached out to her several times via text and she would give me some sort of excuse and would say it was shipping the next week. I still didn’t receive it. I started commenting on her posts on Facebook asking about my tracking order. She started deleting my comments and then blocked me. On august 30th I emailed Ecwid which is the network she uses to sale her books and complained on her. They reached out to her and she finally mailed me my book. When I got my book which was sent to the post office I opened it and it was damaged. It had stains all over it and it was still damp. She claims she sent my book in perfect condition and claims she is now suing me for mail fraud…which doesn’t make sense to me but ok. I found a lot of people on Facebook who has never received their book also. She has been doing this for a couple of years I do believe.
