Scam Description
The service is online class support. The account manager named Steve Martin is very shady. He did not carry out what he had promised to refund me the money that I overpaid & was threatening me that he was going to report me to my university for my dishonesty when I told him I wanted to get a refund and cancel my service. He would tell customers to Zelle him money please do not fall for that. Because once you did, the money and service are all gone. I was the victim of the scam.
