Scam Description

I placed an order on April 1st for 75 sneaker storage boxes. After waiting a reasonable amount of time for the item I inquired about the package and was told it was in transit and would be delivered soon. After not receiving the item in the time frame they offered I contacted them again, the next day there was a fedex tracking number but it showed the package was delivered to Houston Texans and originated in Texas but I’m in Michigan. I contacted them again and was told it was delivered to the wrong address and they were issuing a 10% refund and sending another package. I became suspicious because they package that showed delivered weighed half a pound which obviously wasn’t 75 shoe boxes. The sent me a new order number and it’s been the same thing the item shows in transit or out for delivery but hasn’t shown up and I never received the refund. Now the tracking feature on their site doesn’t work. There are several complaints on social media that are the exact same. I’ve tried contacting them several times and they’re no longer responding. Calling says they’re all busy helping other customers and goes to voicemail. It’s been 2 months with no boxes or money.
