Scam Description
October 28, 2022: Purchased two couches for $2,063 including tax — brown couch was $1899.95 and the white couch was $1,299.95; however, there was a buy one get one free sale so I got the cheaper couch for free.
November 15, 2022: Brown couch was delivered
December 1, 2022: Emailed Valyou asking for updates on my white couch. They said they’ll “make sure order gets delivered after Jan 5.”
February 2, 2023: Emailed again. Valyou responded saying they can’t give an accurate delivery date, but can cancel my order. I said I don’t want to cancel.
March 24, 2023: Emailed again. Valyou responded saying they are experiencing delays.
May 15, 2023: Chatted with Valyou via text. I asked for a full refund and they cancelled my order (without my permission) and said they couldn’t process a refund.
