Scam Description
Ordered merchandise from the company claiming to be going out of business. Ordered and paid for merchandise via their “website” and was provided an order number and tracking which was in Chinese. Requested tracking be sent in English as well as confirmation of the carrier and representative (via email) assured me once the merchandise ships the tracking information would update. The tracking never updated as advised and on 4/27/2023 merchandise showed delivered. Confirmed with mail carrier package never received and tracking provided was invalid. Immediately began contacting company for updated tracking info which they were not able to provide. I then requested a refund from the company but was again provided the fake tracking number. Appears the website, email etc is a fake company. They claim to operate in Plano Texas. Buyers Beware!!! Company has been reported to my banking institution for refund request.
