Scam Description
– Purchased 2 coaster sets + keychain in April. Received 1 coaster set +key chain. Then received a random coaster set I did not order in place of the third one.
– Have e-mailed and sent facebook messages repeatedly to either get a refund or get the coaster set I originally asked for. Have been offered a refund between $4 – $8 for the $16.75 coaster set.
– While I know it’s not a huge amount, I went on facebook and read many other comments of this exact same thing happening to others. Personally I think they are purposefully sending the incorrect items in order to make more money.
– I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
– I am uploading the e-mail and fb conversations.
