Scam Description
This business states that there is a 4-week processing time. After about 6 weeks, we reached out to inquire about where the sweatshirt was/whether it shipped. There has been ZERO contact with this business owner until recently, which is 4 MONTHS after the initial purchase. After creating a TikTok calling this business out for being a scam, we received an email from a “customer service” rep (someone OTHER than the sole business owner) ensuring that the product would ship on 5/8/2023. It did NOT ship, and we requested an immediate refund. We have not heard back or been in touch with this business owner at all. She ignores months of emails and started recently ignoring direct messages on Instagram and TikTok. She actually blocks people on social media for calling her out or commenting with their experience about being scammed. There is an entire Reddit thread dedicated to this, along with 30+ complaints on BBB. This company is continuing to post and advertise their products, and more people fall victim to it every day! There is NO way to warn unsuspecting consumers because the company removes comments and blocks anyone who tries to warn others.
