This guy thinks he’s clever, when he first answers. He uses a Haitian accent and plays a sound of birds in the background, so you think he’s a real breeder.

I was able to trick him on IG and have him send me a state ID before I send funds and he did so I’m gonna upload the back of it only to help the agents get him, probably not him but that person who he used probably knows him!
