Scam Description
I saw an ad on Instagram for a deal on crabs. I purchased the item after seeing the ad a 3rd time within a week. I then received no follow up correspondence (I.e purchase confirmation, shipping information). I followed up with the company 10 days later asking when I would receive the purchase. I got a response from “Liv Alexander” using the same email as advertisements sent to my email (after purchase). Liv stated the tracking number would be sent within the next 3 days. 4 days later nothing occurred. I then asked for a refund and have not gotten any follow up correspondence.
