Scam Description
The scammer approached disabled and elderly individuals purporting herself out to be an owner of an LLC that prevented homelessness. The scammer works full-time in a nursing home and used her resources to pull targeted individuals protected health information prior to the encounter. She also presented herself to be well-connected within the community and attempted to have targeted individuals allow her to sign on as their social security representatives. Her LLC is not a registered entity. When approached, she claimed her LLC was a subset of The Jackson ReVeaux LLC, but she is not a registered owner of that LLC either.
