Paid for service in the amount of 150 via cash app. Service was not provided and or submitted. Servicer continues to state they are having issues with bank. This has been over two weeks now.
Additional service was requested but the service requested was not fulfilled as promised. Servicer has a policy if requested service is not fulfilled as promised a hundred percent refund will be issued. Initially paid 215 via cash app. Servicer is not fulfilling policy. They want to only refund 50.
