Scam Description
This company runs a edible snack business online through Shopify. They do not provide any phone numbers, locations or addresses online. I ordered my items on their website and even received an order confirmation with an order number. I have been tracking my order on their website every day (for about a week now) and my order status has not changed from unfulfilled since the day I placed my order. I have emailed them directly and even reached out to them via social media and have yet to receive a response. After my purchase and not receiving any response from them, I started doing my research and found videos from other people on social media who have dealt with the same issue with this same company. These said other people have waited months for their purchased items and didn’t receive anything and also complained about no response back from emails. Some people even said the company cancels the order after some time and does not even give their money back.
