Scam Description
I ordered flowers from Roger Florist via website on or about March 2, 2023. Paid $61.50 via Visa for delivery to Portland, ME. No flowers were delivered. Tried to call the number that was associated with the charge and was told to send an email, and then they hung up. Since March 20, I have been contacting them regularly – nearly every day – with an email. I’ve received replies from Customer Service representatives, even a “manager” – they have claimed to have refunded my account but the “receipt” they show is for $66.85, and this amount has not been refunded to my account. They do not answer their phones and they no longer respond to my emails. I have an email where they have admitted that the flowers were not delivered.
