Scam Description
The company claims they are based in the US, but it is quite obvious they are actually based out of somewhere in Asia. Further, their marketing claims a superior iphone case, but the reality is, the quality is EXTREMELY poor. Also, per the attached email traffic, they will not honor their guarantee to accept returns for a full refund and are trying to give me only a partial refund – likely to run out the clock past their 30 days guarantee. This company should be blocked from doing further business in the US
