Scam Description

I saw the website and ordered the items. I paid with my card, and waited for the items to be delivered. It didn’t state that the items were to be coming from out of the country until I went to the website to track my order. Tracking number and tracking website was provided by company. When items never arrived I emailed the company at uiewiy@zmzde.com. A person emailed me back and said they reached out and assured me that my order was on the way and they were sorry for the issues. The order still never came. I went to the tracking website again and it showed that it went through all of the arrival points from there all the way to the united States and to a post office near me. Went to the post office and they explained the package order number is not a number they even use for shipping. I emailed them again and was responded by made up responding name which said they tried to reach out to their company about the order and they haven’t received a response from them which is not what they said in the previous email. I haven’t heard anything else since.
