Scam Description
Scammer fully accepts a return of a misrepresented item which he listed on Ruby Lane.com, then attempts to claim that the item was damaged on the way back to him utilizing pictures which denote the way you received the item due to him totally misrepresenting the item. Then, he offers you a paltry refund, and states,that the only way you can retrieve all of your money back is by filing a fraudulent claim with USPS.
