Scam Description
Email correspondence from Bluefield Siberian Kittens: “the [$650] payment came through as goods and services which is going to take more than 21 days for me to receive it and we don’t have that much time. You have to select the sending option as friends and family which permits us to get the payment immediately it’s sent so I will have to refund the payment back to your account so that you can send it as family and friends okay.”

So I (the victim) sent a double payment of $650, $1,300 total (one via PayPal, the other via Zelle) was sent to the breeder who promised to refund $650 after the PayPal payment cleared. The breeder claimed to have shipped the kitten through Greenrock Logistics who would have delivered the kitten straight to our home. The kitten was never delivered on the due date
