Scam Description

Similar to prior complainant. Purchased product on 2/18 on Pikent.shop website with 10-15 day delivery. Contacted seller at email address of “confirmation@outleton.net” on 2/28 for update and was provided tracking # for website “https://www.17track.net/”. Tracking indicated delivery was completed on 3/8 to “Winter Springs, Fl” which was not the order delivery address. Contacted seller same day and reply stated: “Customer service has contacted relevant manager, please wait for a moment.”. No further communication as occurred. Coincidentally, on 2/27, we were notified by our charge card provider of questionable charges and subsequently cancelled the card. I have no doubt the two events are related. I have reported the non-delivery to my charge card provider and have been credited for the charges…
