Scam Description
I ordered a Womens Clemson hoodie from the company Color Elk. The order went through and I was charged $40.94. After weeks of not receiving the hoodie I tried calling the company and there always a busy signal so I emailed the company several times asking them to please send me my hoodie or refund my money. There was no response for weeks. Then they finally emailed and said that they did not have the hoodie in stock and they could not process my order. I responded to their email and asked them to please refund me the $40.94. They said they would but it would take a few days. Three weeks later….. no refund and they will no long respond to my emails. I have all the emails documented. This company is a scam so please do not order anything from them. The site looks great but the company is not credible.
