Scam Description
I placed an order on 1/25/23. The website states 9 days for processing and then 7-10 for shipping. On 2/8/23 I sent my first email since my order hadn’t been shipped. They stated they had been on a “long small” vacation and orders were piled up. They stated for me to remain patient and my order would be sent shortly. On 2/21/23 with no update, I emailed again this time interested in a refund. They stated if I wanted to refund there would be a $15 deduction for each item. I thought that was ridiculous, so I stated that I did not want a refund and asked them to work on my order as quickly as possible. It is 3/7/23 and I still have no order and or shipping update. I sent another email and now they state they have to check the warehouse because the order was cancelled. I specifically stated that I would not cancel when they said they would deduct more money. I’m so frustrated. This genuinely feels like a scam. I have the entire email thread, it will not let me upload multiple pictures.
