Scam Description
I ordered clothes off of a Facebook ad from Nords on December 27, 2022. 40.43 was charged to my credit card. I never received the merchandise
I did receive 8.08 refund on 1/11/23 on my card – from RH *xcnfc.com. As of today, I have never received the remainder of the refund. I have sent numerous emails requesting the remainder, only to be told to “be patient” “the refund time takes time” There is no phone number to call anyone – only an email xcnfc@zarmax.com
