Scam Description
I saw an ad for a box set of vinyls on Facebook. I couldnt pass it up. It was only 34.99. When my order was actually delivered from Hong Kong, it was a cheap plastic watch, not what I ordered. I contacted the company via email at servicesupport001@mqcontactmail.com. The rep, Nanci, offered me a 50% refund. They never even offered to send a replacement of the actual product I ordered, which is when I knew it was absolutely a scam. I said absolutely not. They came back with a 60% refund, I would have to pay to ship the product back, and they couldn’t refund me until they received the wrong item back. I laughed and said I would be reporting them, so that’s what I’m doing.
