Scam Description
The website asks many questions, including social security number, and essentially fills out the DS-11 passport form for you, which is the “service” they talk about in their refund policy. When you go to pay, there are 2 payment options, one for expedited and one for regular shipping. This suggests that you are paying for the passport, including how it is shipped, when in reality you are offered two different costs for the same product, which is have the DS-11 filled out for you and emailed to you.
