Scam Description
I placed an order on 8/18/22/022 for 2 shirts which I still have NOT received as of 9/7/2022! I contacted support who assured me I would receive them last week which did not happen. I asked for a tracking # or refund and they keep giving me the run around stating they “will get right back to me” and/or “the merchant they use has shipped the items” but still no tracking # or merchandise has been received! At this point I don’t even want the shirts anymore as they were supposed to be gifts for a friend LAST MONTH! Please see attached photos showing their responses to my request for immediate refund! This is either a SCAM or POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!
