Scam Description
There was an ad on Instagram that showed a product for Valentine’s Day. I clicked the ad and it brought me to a website titled “Loveisun” and it had products listed with the website interface as a normal business. I purchased the gift for my girlfriend and the status of the order never changed over 3 weeks. About a month later I reached out via email and received a response stating to wait longer due to processing time. After a week I followed up and they claimed it was in rushed production and to wait longer. Clicking on their Facebook page, it is filled with people warning others of a scam, with screen shots of similar responses that I received which are most likely automated. The actual merchandise is from Etsy, and this website ripped those pictures off of it to lure in others.
