Scam Description
I’m not sure how else to communicate to a company who takes your money for products but who don’t answer their support line on hold for a total of 55 min. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Skechersports.com this past Monday and got a receipt from a totally different company (Sloan Paris )for a product I didn’t order (upneck fan). I filed a complaint immediately with Skechers (and a second time) but I have not received a reply. I have an order number and an order success notification but the order number is not recognized by their website. So much for customer service!
