Scam Description
I brought 2 items from this company and paid for rush shipping as well, I knew something was wrong I never got any conformation for my order or tracking so after a week I emailed the company asking where was my order that is the only way you can contact them there is no phone number or address, It took days before I got a response from them they said I would get my order before my granddaughter birthday party but I didn’t, I contacted them again asking where was my order with know response so I told them I would contact the BBB and report they company I got a response right away saying that they canceled my order and my money would be refunded that’s been over a week ago I contacted my bank they have know record of a refund, I emailed them again asking for my money they started calling me all kinds of names saying I was crazy I need to take my meds I was so upset I have every email between us, I want my money back something has to be done about this company please do something before they rip someone else off which am sure they have already done that thank you for your time.
