Scam Description
I ordered flowers for my mother in the hospital. Roger Florist website had a nice rose arrangements. They offered to double the amount of roses for an extra $20. I bought the arrangement and extra roses. They would not accept my Discover card, so I had to use my BJ’S credit card. They charged me $79.69.
When I was walking to get the mail, they called back and said my mother’s hospital was out of their delivery range. They canceled the order and credited my card.
When I got my statement, the charge was on it. It stated NJ and a phone number. I called and it is for a law firm.
I contacted Roger Florist and was told my card was credited two weeks ago. It wasn’t. I called back and they credited my card again. It wasn’t.
I called back and was told to email their customer service. I was told I would get a reply that day. I did and no reply.
I Googled Roger Florist complaints and A LOT of others have had the same scam done to them. This is not right, not fair. Please help me get my money back.
