Scam Description
I signed up and paid for a program, Get Out and Ride Oregon (GORO) that promised prizes for achievement levels. My log sheets were returned to sender, my numerous emails, FB messages, and phone message have not been answered.
The program is advertised on the Oregon Horse Council website and Facebook page.
