Scam Description
Website for ordering seems legit, then only after inquiring did I get email reply that order was delayed due to overseas shipment, port/container delays, over three months of emails, the company kept replying that more delays. Finally requested refund and was told refund was submitted. Never got refund back on credit card. Contacted company and they said they did refund manually and that I should check with my credit card company – obviously to write it off as a loss.
