Scam Description
I purchased an Allan key tools from the website; when received the tool was worn out on both ends rendering it useless. The tools was used they simply slapped a sticker on it and mailed it. I visited their website and sent them message in the chat box that they have not replied to 4 days after the message was sent. I then emailed them at bathandspaparts@gmail.com, they simply replied they will contact the quality assurance department and get back to me. A day later I emailed asking for an update, that email was ignored. I gave them an additional 24 hours and sent them another email which was also ignored. I made several phone calls that went directly to the voicemail. I left several voicemails all were ignored.
