Scam Description
Found account on Instagram which lead you to their website and offered a discount for a 7 crystal gemstone wall decor valued at $132.83 having a discount of 70% off. Items took over a month to arrive. Was unable to track it and when item arrived it was broken and very poor quality. I contact them via support email as there wasn’t a number to contact them personally. I explained to them how the item came broke and I wanted a refund. They delay in replying and have only offered to refund me $7.50 when I was charged $58.63. I would like my money back as it was a gift and unable to use
