Scam Description
Found a group called boxer puppie lovers whom sold boxer puppy’s. I started talking with mercy kylie who stated that they were located in Ohio state. And I could purchase a puppy for $600 that included shipping to get my dog to Washington state. I paid a $50 deposit by Visa gift card to hold my puppy. Then about 3 weeks later they decided they needed another $50 to continue to hold until I had the rest of the $ to purchase. 3 days later I sent the remaining $500 to them. 2 days later I was informed that my pup was at a shipping facility and then contacted by facility called luxecargoexpress.com saying the crate my puppy was dropped off in wasn’t good enough and I needed to purchase a crate for $1000 or rent one for $500. I then again contacted mercy kylie about the situation because I was told and have proof of by messages that shipping was included. Was then told I needed to rent a crate, I said no I refuse to pay more when it was included. I have now been banned from the group and told I was being sued for abandonment of my puppy. I told them take me to court because I have all the proof I need. I’m trying to get an address to take them to court and can’t get one. I’m also elderly and had to save to get this dog I didn’t receive.
