Pay for one year up front, get 6 months free. Liars!
Pay for one year up front with auto recurring get 6 months free. Lied again.
Charged every 12 months instead of every 18 months. I canceled ahead of the renew date but they have the money anyway.
You may notice the 18 month subscription to be billed every 12 months, not 18? I have never received the full 18 months 2 years in a row now.
I have enclosed one of the correspondence with paypal regarding cyberghost (Cleverbridge) please note the date. Renewal date was for the 19th as I canceled on the 18
after a bill statement was sent to my email box.
I have 2 other screen shots but was only permitted to send one.
