Scam Description
I ordered a fleece lined flannel on Nov 27, 2022. They sent verification order of#1307 and a supposed tracking number which actually never showed anything. And then…Chinese figures appeared. “Macy’s Shop” was on the bottom of the website so there was no evidence of an out of the country order. I’ve emailed several times and got no help. Once I received a message that said “When I get time I will check” and then I was informed it was not in stock, which makes no sense as I originally had a tracking #WNBAA0216095505YQ for shipping. I never heard further nor received anything and so I continue to wait and thought I’d file a claim and report it to BBB.
