Scam Description
Scammed via text initiated through OfferUp. Buyer contacted me after I provided my cell phone number. Sent money via zelle to ovnebgn@hotmail.com $250.00. Used the name VeronicaVance00277@gmail.com. Requested that I sent $500 to release money from my business account. Sent me emails to my personal email using the title Zelle. Trying to get me to send $500 via zelle account to the @hotmail.com address listed above. I even spoke to the scammer because the scam didn’t make sense anymore. Veronica Vance FaceTime me. The scammer requested I pay $250 plus $500 supposedly money they had deposited into my zelle account.
