Scam Description

I tried to order flowers to be delivered to a nursing home for a family friend for Christmas. I completed the order online (on their website) but never got an email receipt, as it stated I would. Then I emailed to the customer service address but got no response. Finally I called and was passed off to a 2nd person and only given a “confirmation number.” The flowers were never delivered but the charge went through on my credit card.
